FAQs and Policies

General Information

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction, please read the answers to some FAQs along with our policies below before booking an appointment. For more information, contact us or visit our location at 11990 Coit Rd 100 23, Frisco, TX 75035.

HABC is very sensitive about time, so please make sure to arrive on schedule. Otherwise, we need to set your booking to another date so as to not affect the time of those who’ve booked after you.
There are no extra guests or children allowed except those scheduled to have their hair done.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
You must provide your own hair/wig or have us help you order quality hair before your appointment.
HABC recommends HD and transparent lace because they give the best results. We don’t work with double/triple-knotted wigs. She highly recommends 13x6 wigs, but 13x4 is still accepted, as well as closures and frontals.
Some of HABC and Beauty’s rates are starting prices. Meaning, they may not be the final price of the service.
HABC only reinstalls the laces that were originally installed by her. She does not take responsibility for another stylist’s work.

All deposits go toward your service. The 30% of the service fee you put down when booking an appointment is automatically deducted from the total bill. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you are 15 minutes late to your schedule, the appointment is automatically canceled with no refund.
For the remaining balance, we take cards or cash. Please bring exact change if using cash.
Please come with your hair clean, thoroughly detangled, and free from the previous style.
All laces (wigs, frontals, and closures) must be dropped off two days before the appointment.
The hair/wigs for custom color and the custom unit making must be dropped off three days before the appointment.
We don’t do same-day custom color and customization.
If you are unable to physically drop off your hair, you can just mail it to us.

Custom Color Options

All color services must have a consultation beforehand, so kindly book one before visiting our location. Check the available options below:

613 Hair - Can Be Colored with Any Color
Black Hair - Can Only Be Colored with Jet Black, Highlights, Brown, Burgundy, Red, or Burnt Orange

Wedding Packages:

All services require a consultation.
The services for the wedding packages are paid in full, and we only accept bookings done in no less than 30 days.
Please be on time to ensure a smooth experience and a successful event.

General Reminders:

If you are unhappy with our service or hairstyle, please let Ms. Caroline know before leaving her chair. She will no longer be liable after you leave.
HABC and Beauty will maintain our terms of canceling the service with no refund if a client arrives 15 minutes later than the agreed schedule.
